A long-term marketing partnership with a European HR compliance company, driving growth through strategy, systems, and full-scale digital transformation.

Unlike my other project-based work, which typically spans 1 to 6 months, my collaboration with Europe HR Solutions is a long-term partnership focused on strategic marketing and business transformation. The CEO required a full-time commitment to completely modernize the company’s marketing approach across Europe, the UK, and the US, a challenge that demanded both restructuring and a clear strategic vision.

Before I joined, most operations were handled manually through phone and email, with outdated systems and a website that was slow, heavy, and difficult to navigate. The company’s digital presence was slowly growing but struggling with a bounce rate of 75% and little to no automation in place.

Since becoming Marketing Manager in April 2024, I’ve overseen the entire marketing ecosystem, from branding and web development to SEO, automation, CRM implementation, lead generation, and dashboard creation. I restructured the website architecture for clarity, SEO, and performance, reducing the bounce rate to 38%, and introduced a full suite of new processes, tools, and systems that brought the company up to modern marketing standards.

When I started, I was the only marketing team member. A year and a half later, we’ve expanded the department with 4 new team members, 3 of them to support the growing SEO strategy and 1 which is the Sales Manager, to lead outbound operations and manage the rising client demand, all done in perfect synergy with the marketing team.

By the end of the first year after my arrival in the company, Europe HR Solutions achieved a 25% increase in turnover, and in 2025, we reached our annual goals by August, recording another 25% growth, clear proof of the impact and sustainability of the strategy I implemented.

The goal for this project, was not so much about creating a flashy design or a trendy interface (the website remains intentionally clean and corporate), the focus was on building a strong SEO foundation and a high-performing lead generation system, ensuring real, measurable growth rather than visual appeal alone.

This full-time collaboration, the kind I usually take on every few years, represents the full scope of my expertise: a 360° marketing partnership built on strategy, structure, and execution, showing how the right systems can elevate not just a brand, but an entire business.

I continue to serve as Marketing Manager at Europe HR Solutions, overseeing all marketing operations and leading the company’s ongoing growth in inbound lead generation.

My results on this project

SEO quickly became one of the central pillars of my work at Europe HR Solutions. When I joined, the company was already collaborating with an external SEO agency, but after a year of poor results and high costs, the CEO was unsatisfied and decided to do things differently. That decision was one of the main reasons I was hired as a marketing expert, with strategy and inbound marketing as one of my core specialities.

Shortly after my arrival, we ended the agency collaboration, and I conducted a complete audit. My findings were clear: the SEO work done so far was too narrowly focused on details and lacked strategic direction. The effort was fragmented, missing the broader perspective needed to connect SEO with a coherent branding, structure, and lead generation strategy.

Once I took over, I restructured the entire approach, starting with systems, processes, and tools, and redefining how SEO fits within the overall marketing ecosystem. The new strategy aligned SEO with web navigation, branding, and inbound operations, ensuring every optimization effort contributed to the company’s larger growth goals.

After this shift, results started to grow exponentially. Organic visibility increased month after month, keywords began ranking across multiple markets, and SEO became one of the company’s strongest and most consistent sources of leads.
