My work and journey
With over 11 years of experience in digital marketing and branding, I’ve delivered more than 90 projects worldwide, working with startups, SMEs, and global companies alike.
My career has been shaped by 10 years as an expat. I founded and directed a digital agency in Asia for 5 years, successfully growing and selling it before returning to Europe, where I’ve continued my journey as a digital nomad. Along the way, I’ve learned from diverse markets and cultures that shaped my approach today.
During that journey, I also spent 5 years as a conference speaker, giving over 80 talks on marketing, branding, business and digital transformation — experiences that honed my ability to communicate ideas and inspire action.
I believe marketing creates lasting impact only when grounded in long-term strategy and strong branding.
Over the years, I’ve developed a results-oriented approach, with inbound marketing as one of my favorite ways to drive authentic growth. By blending strategy, creativity, and execution, I help companies build brands that resonate, launch campaigns that perform, and design digital experiences that deliver lasting results.

Outside of work, I recharge by trekking in the mountains with my wife, hitting the gym or fishing by quiet lakes, or exploring new perspectives through photography. I’m also passionate about crafting spaces and objects: interior design and woodworking are my creative playgrounds. If I’m not sketching a new piece of furniture in SketchUp, it’s because I’m probably building it. And when it’s time to slow down, you’ll find me drawing for pure pleasure or with a history book.

What kind of projects do you take on?
I’m above all a strategy specialist, my main goal is to help you attract more clients through the most effective methods for your business type. But I don’t just hand over a plan and walk away. A precise vision needs precise execution, which is why I also handle implementation: everything from branding and web design to full digital marketing. I build complete brand identities, results-oriented websites, and strong inbound marketing strategies, one of my core specialties.
Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide variety of projects: from creating efficient branding for small local stores to managing teams of 15 developers on complex SaaS projects, or serving as marketing manager on long-term collaborations with companies renewing their contracts year after year, often for two, three years, or more to sustain their growth.
How long does it take?
It really depends on the scope. If your brand is already established and you only need a simple showcase website, the project can take about 2–3 weeks. If you also need to create the brand from scratch with the website, expect around 4–8 weeks. For larger projects, or if your company is already running and you’re looking for consulting or strategy to reach the next growth level, the roadmap I’ll provide can extend over a few months, and then the results usually speak by themselves and you’re free to renew the collaboration. Whatever the case, you’ll always receive a clear timeline before we start.
How much will it cost to work with you?
Pricing depends on the size and scope of your project. Once I understand your goals, I’ll send you a clear, transparent proposal. No surprises, just pricing that reflects the value and results you’re looking for. Every project is unique, so after our first call, I’ll provide a detailed quote with clear deliverables.
Most projects typically range between €2,000 and €8,000, depending on complexity.
To give you an idea, a simple showcase website usually costs around €2,000, while a comprehensive strategy including branding, web design, content, SEO, and other marketing techniques generally falls between €6,000 and €8,000.
When can we get started?
I currently have one spot available for November, December and January. You should book a call in advance so we can discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit. I only take on a maximum of two projects at a time to maintain quality and focus, so availability depends on my current schedule. Let’s chat about your goals, and I’ll share the next available start date.
What’s your usual project process?
We’ll start with a short call to define your needs, followed by a quick audit to understand your industry, company, products, competitors, and clients, and everything needed to build a clear roadmap or strategy. Once that’s defined, I’ll share it with you, and we’ll move into the execution phase to implement the necessary marketing actions: website, branding, content, SEO, and more. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated at every step with transparent communication and regular weekly feedback rounds.
What technology will you use to develop my website?
I master a wide range of technologies to build websites, but it’s not about me, it’s about you. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so my recommendations are always tailored to your specific needs.
If you need a simple yet efficient showcase website, there’s no reason to overcomplicate it. On the other hand, if you have an ambitious project that requires a complex build, I’ll advise the most efficient technology for those specific requirements.
My approach follows a simple logic: don’t go too small or too big, both can be counterproductive. The best technology is the one that fits your project like a glove.
Can you handle everything or collaborate with our in-house team?
I often lead projects end-to-end but can also integrate seamlessly with internal teams, agencies, or developers, whatever fits best with your workflow. Some companies prefer to let me handle everything so their team can focus elsewhere, while others give me access to their team and resources to accelerate the project. It’s entirely up to you, I’m comfortable working both ways.
